I ordered flowers for mother's day from this business because they had decent reviews but this…read morebusiness does not know how to handle customers complaints. I had requested for the flowers to be delivered at a time when it was less busy for them strictly because I wanted the flowers to be delivered properly. They simply left the flower on the front step in the freezing cold while it was snowing and didn't even ring the doorbell to tell my mother she had a delivery. When my mom noticed them outside, they were half wilted and broken. When contacted about the state of the flowers, this business simply brushed me off and said the flowers were ok, just to put them in cold water. Half the bouquest was wilted and petals were falling off, flower heads were broken and the whole bouquet looked pitiful for the $80 I paid. To top this bad experience to worse, after I wrote a bad review on their website, they sent me a personal email stating: "Feel better? You just boosted our google rank, not made it worse". How unprofessional and juvenile can a business be. I have never seen this in my whole life. They do not care about customer satisfaction and will not take accountability for bad service. I have never had an experience with a business such as this one.

I have been going there for a few years and always bring my young children to help Mom pick some flowers for the table. I considered this a relatively fun adventure and memory for all of us until today. I usually always see a young woman working who is pleasant and always smiling at my children. Today I had a shocking experience with who I believe is the owner of the store, throwing every sensible, loving quality a human can possess out the window in regarding my son. At the cash you will find fully wrapped homemade bath bombs in neon colours, my son being 5 who is non verbal and autistic did NOT understand that it was a bath bomb and was holding and playing with it like a ball, just in his hands I might add. There was no throwing it around at all. Considering he was just holding it I didn't see it being a problem until I had paid. As I was paying for my flowers my son was behind me, and apparently it was near his mouth without my knowing! Instead of LETTING ME KNOW, she grabbed it from my sons hands and said he shouldn't be playing with that! I immediately informed her that my son is non verbal and does NOT understand the concepts and the fact that it was a bath bomb. She then looked and me as she was walking in the back and said "but you do." I was so upset that someone could be so heartless in targeting my parenting, let alone that my son did not understand. After confronting her about it over the telephone, I was so disgusted when she added "I should watch my kids" when all 3 of my children are very well behaved. (I would never bring them to a place were it is fragile in hopes they wouldn't break something!!) coming from the owner herself, this is the POOREST quality in customer service I have EVER seen!!! On top of loosing my business from your flower shop, I would like to make this public for all to see in hopes you are not victimized and targeted, the same way I was left feeling today!!! Let's hope she stays in the BACK of the store from now on, Sincerely, a fucking GREAT Mom of 3!!
