I was so full by the time I finished them that I had a bit of trouble making my way through my Lamb Shank entrée. It was lamb roasted with shallots, root vegetables, and a wine sauce, but the meat was a bit over-cooked, salty, and dry. I probably should have chosen a lighter dish.
