The suggestions were spot on! Cassoulet was amazing and the Faux Filet, aka Top Sirloin, was perfectly cooked. The owners are really good about taking time to talk to you.. It turns out that they used to operate restaurants in Paris and their quality and service is great. It appeared that many of the diners were locals. The chicken was very good and had strips of lemon rind that really added flavor. My wife's lamb chops were very good. But to top it all off was the chocolate marquise. A chocolate mousse on a lady finger all covered with chocolate sauce with whipped cream on the side. Service was by the chief and was good.
