We have a private balcony overlooking the countryside, along with a shared garden area and tables. The hotel is run by a friendly family that speaks English and were pleasantly surprised to host Americans. Upon arrival they were informed by my driver that I had been traveling all day with a number of hiccups along the way. They took my bags for storage and brought me right to the dining room to settle in and have a good meal. The later when I was getting ready to leave the lady at the front desk spent a good 30 minutes or more calling to arrange for a taxi ride for me to the train station. She didn't give up until she found a reliable one. As for the room, it was big with a comfy bed, good shower and nice view. And the dinner each night was an absolute treat with an entire course focused on cheese!!
