A short 15 minute ride from Chablis or from Auxerre; The restaurant is in an unassuming hotel in the middle of green fields. We had fois gras as an appetizer, seared and cooked delicately inside. It was an enormously generous portion. We knew it could destroy our appetites for what followed, but we just couldn't stop ourselves - it was just so delicious. The duck was nice, as was the fish.
