First set: half dozen oysters with lemon and salt as an appetizer, steamed cod with fish skin slightly fried to perfection with lentils and sliced apple with apple mush and powdered sugar for dessert. Second set: foie gras and bloody sausage over toast as an appetizer, veal stew with lentils for main and fromage for dessert. I recommend both appetizers, fish for main and apple for dessert. Quiet and quaint are two words to describe this restaurant. A good 10 minute walk from the Casino but due cold temperatures, it felt longer. No wifi. 1 restroom for each gender. Fresh towels beside basin. Picture friendly. Not Michelin rated but they do deserve half a star. I flew from Vancouver, Canada to eat here.

The price for a lunch during weekdays is 35EUR and this is what we got. Beautiful and tasty appetizers, a very French gazpacho served in a martini glass, the first course (I chose calamares), the main course (I chose a fish), - they offered us cheese here but we said no to save room -, the dessert and then some candy on sticks and last but not least some frozen candy on a stick. I was very happy with the flavors and the wine and champagne were also very reasonably priced. All in all, we loved this place. The only disappointment of the meal was the Basque cider : Errekalde which was recommended by the team, its taste was horrible.
