We ended up going with a 20 euro person menu. This included various samples of appetizers, 3 meats (beef, chicken, and Yak) rice with noodles and a vegetable mix. We were also give a choice of fish or duck we chose the Fish dish. It was incredible! The various meats were perfectly seasoned and our fish came out as 7 individually wrapped white wrapped in a leafy green and in a milk (I cannot recall if it was Yak or coconut milk) seasoning. It was so tasty and our son ate a great portion of the items. We were given a traditional Tibetan tea and cold drink to accompany our meal. For dessert we tried a pear tart, chocolate cake and 3 sorbets (strawberry, peach and pear) again all tasted fresh and amazing. I would highly recommended this to anyone who visits this city. It is large enough to easily accommodate a stroller, child friendly, wallet friendly and tastebud friendly. The owner was warm and inviting and since we were the last of the evening we were able to chat with him about his hometown in Tibet and learn about the beautiful regions there. the resturant has a website www.souriredutibet.com and we when we were there the hours were: Mon-Sat: 1100-1430 & 1830-2030. but call to confirm.

This is a little hole in the wall place and there werent many people seated at the restaurant. I ordered the rare beef pho while my friend had a combo pho. He also ordered an appetizer of these rice paper dumplings filled with ground pork. The first thing I noticed was the smell of the broth when the pho came out. It was incredible! The broth was so flavorful and one of the best I've had in a very long time. Didn't need to add any extra sauces :) Lots of noodles and very tender meat. I appreciated they give you a ton of meat. I loved it! The appetizer and veggies were very fresh. Overall one of the best phos I've ever had! So glad we ended up at this place for lunch. It was seriously meant to be :)

The broth was flavorful and clean tasting, the veggies were fresh, the meats were tender, the sauces were on point. It was definitely one of my favorite and most memorable meals while in Paris. I only wish they had sriracha!
