We stopped by after lunch across the street for coffee and dessert because the bakery looked beautiful from the outside. Once inside, the display was impressive, with pastries, macarons, cakes, sandwiches, and breads that all looked tempting. Even though we were already full, we couldn't resist ordering a coffee, a lemon tart, and taking home some macarons.
The coffee was good, and the lemon tart was enjoyable. One thing to note is that terrace seating costs more than takeaway, so keep that in mind if you plan to sit outside.
Overall, it's a nice stop if you're exploring Le Marais. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood is lively, and it's a great place to take a break and people-watch. Like many places in Le Marais, prices are a bit higher, but you're also paying for the location and atmosphere. I always felt safe walking around the area, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
I'd probably stop by again if I were in the neighborhood, but next time I'd try some of the bakery's specialties, especially the croissants, sandwiches, or quiche, which seem to get the best reviews.
