Having traveled in France since the 60's I was shocked at how bad the food has become in France as a whole. In the old days, one would on very rare occasions get a bad meal. However now, it's the rare good meal one finds in France!! It seems that France has gone the route of America with it's shit food!! C'est Domage!!! The rooms are very clean. Very nicely decorated... Not too many frills but feels very comfortable. The dinner is the best food you can find as a tourist. Nicolas, the co-owner cooks the dinners and it is amazing Provence cuisine. I would definitely stay here again.

We particularly liked the view, the nice spa and restaurant. Exclusive and pampering feeling. Didn't try the breakfast (went in Tourtour village very close) but the lunch was excellent. The camping-restaurant attached to the campsite and chateau, it has perhaps one of the best views…read moreof any restaurant in the world as the sun sets over the Lac de St. Croix. It's also surprisingly good for a campsite restaurant, so much so that in season you actually have to book. Of course, come September, it's totally empty. The best part is that you can drive home off-road after 2 litres of wine too!
