Our server was fantastic and made the evening even more enjoyable. The veal stew, oysters, and shrimp were all excellent, but the standout was the house-made butter, easily some of the best we've ever had. Everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. A memorable meal that we would absolutely recommend.

The chicken is cold and the lettuce looked like they made it that morning and put the whole thing in the cooler to serve at dinner. Dressing was almost non existent. We made a reservation a few hours before, and were accommodated for lunch on a Thursday with our large party without any issues. We were sat against the wall with the fold down movie theater seats but be careful - when I stood up I ended up pulling my seat off and was no longer able to use the chair! Most of the diners in my party shared different burgers (which they all enjoyed and seemed to be enough to share). I selected the Le Wok de Canard which was a duck stir fry. It was very delicious and the meat was quite tender. It was served on a bed of thinly slides vegetables like carrots and zucchini. For being located in a smaller city (not Paris) I would have expected the servers to be a little more friendly but they were friendly enough for it not to impact our experience. I would recommend Les Cornichons but allow for more time to enjoy the decor and atmosphere.

But the best is definitely the food: for €35, you have an appetizer (very delicate), a starter (both the marinated salmon and the foie gras are amazing), a citrus sherbet, a main (the souris d'agneau is huuuuge and super yummy) and a dessert (I highly recommend the dessert assortment, with 5 not-so-little pieces of desserts). Everything is delicately arranged on the very original plates, it was a real pleasure from start to finish !
