The owners are insane, they are selling 2 cigars per person for some cigars and more for others. I guess they feel good deciding who should buy what. Rude and obnoxious. I've traveled all over the world and never had I have to deal with something like this. I'm surprised these people are still in business. They sell pretty much everything way above market price and really have nothing special. I walked into another tobacco store yesterday and purchased two boxes of cigars and the owner was super nice. I will not spend a dollar at this store, and I was about to buy a lot of cigars and spend 2000-3000 Euros there, and don't recommend giving them business and encourage this type of behavior. Terrible experience. Will never go here again. They had a great selection of cigars but they didn't let me have more than I wanted. Like for example, I am currently enjoying my vacation traveling the world. I have smoked my best cigars yet. Then I unfortunately ran out. I saw this cigar shop and went. But for any case I am not willing to spend money on only two cigars it's terrible. I thought I was gonna come to this cigar shop and spend 1,000 and leave with a couple boxes full of cigars. Instead I left unhappy and with no cigars. So in reality they just lost a great customer. On top of all this nonsense this cigar shop had terrible service. They were unpleasant and unwelcoming.
