We were driving back to the UK from the French Alps and we needed to stop for dinner, so we headed into Macon and parked the car, then walked along the river looking at restaurants. This one seemed lively and had availability, and when we went inside we were greeted with a friendly smile and served promptly. And the food was delicious. So good in fact, that on the way home the following year after a similar trip, we specifically made the detour to come here. And we were again greeted with the same excellent service and the same delicious food. So next year we will come back here. There's no need to try anywhere else!
