Service was excellent - quick and friendly, and our food was delicious.
Also - highly unusual for cheese-obsessed France, Green Soft Bar understand vegans and there are vegan items clearly marked on their menu. We noticed that our pasta dishes were cooked in their pizza oven, so they were piping hot without any need for nasty microwaves. I noticed that they also do smoothies (although I think they were yoghurt based), and we had some lovely wine with our meal (again surprisingly reasonably priced).
This was the only restaurant that I manged to find in Chamonix that had established vegan options, and I would happily return. Hopefully the rest of Chamonix may catch on at some point....
