Visit in the off season or with kids
My first impression was this is going to to be tacky. 8 euro each in early September and no one else in the park. Also a beautiful day. We loved the experience.
The first part of the tour was more for kids. You walk through time and see Dinosaurs in the trees. Also for the adults there are nice plaques about some local trees and shrubs. Each plaque had info on growth and how the plant was used.
All of the information has French, English and German.
The second part of the walk was on the abries. Rock overhang living places. They were used through the ages but the ones here are pretty open.
But with good plaques, so you could imagine how they were used.
There were other activities like rope courses for kids and adults but they were not active.
So in high season take the kids. In off season it is a nice 1.5 hour walk. read more
