Dessert was absolutely divine - best dessert after "hunting Michelin stars" in Paris and in the valley for 10 days. We had escargots (snails), vichyssoise d'asperges (Cold asparagus soup with smoked salmon, mint and egg), moussaka lamb, and whitefish with a saffron sauce! Lucy helped us choose a nice, local red wine for our meal and also helped us choose local cheeses for dessert. We also had the Paris Brest cake (choux pastry, praline whipped cream, and nougatine)! We had just learned about how the cake was created specifically for the first major cycling race so we felt obligated to try it and it was great! It came out and looked huge but the server assured me that despite its size it's actually quite light. Overall, this was a delicious dinner in a great atmosphere with perfect, friendly service.
