He set the mood immediately with candles and a selection of French music- we chose Barbara...smooth French singer. Oh how soothing. The wine he choose for us - deep, red, regional. The food, fresh, high quality and with flexible options between the 8 requests to make each crepe unique. Delicious. However, it takes a lot of time for the staff to take orders and process them - our 3 course menu (wrap-galette-crêpe) kept us at the restaurant for more than 2.5 hours. And what is it with the young French that they still seem not be able to switch to English when communication in French does not work?
