One time I wrote in store suggestion box, that music selection is not good and they changed it one week after. Some of the dishes were tastier than the ones I tried in Tokyo. It is the best Japanese restaurant I ever been. Defenitly I go there when I travel to Aachen.

We went to this restaurant on a Friday evening as it got good reviews on yelp. We were quit early…read moreso it did not surprise us that there were not many customers. As spoon as our first order came it all went wrong.... the sake was not warm, the chopsticks were MOULDED!!!!!!! and the food didn't look tasty. After opening six packages with chopsticks the finally got some other ones that seemed ok (but we told the staff that they should take away the chopsticks from the other tables but they did not do that. Another couple was just eating with these disgusting sticks...). Then the food... the sushi was 95% rice and very small part of fish. This was not sushi rice and they fish seems to be from the freezer, not fresh at all! We complained at the staff and in the end paid for this 1 round and 2 sake EUR 55! IT IS OUTRAGEOUS! !! So my advise...never go here!
