The heels on the boots were about to fall off, and since the rainy weather hasn't stopped yet, I needed them repaired. However, I wanted to comment on how much time the two employees here spent with me to go over what was wrong with my boots and what options I had. We managed to communicate just fine in my broken French and their small amount of English. I really appreciated it!
