Located inside of the Four Seasons hotel, this is a bar full of history in Geneva and has been known to be frequented by many of the world's most influential personas over the years. The design of wood all around, beautiful 19th century paintings and traditional European furniture make it the type of locale that could easily belong a film.
Started off the afternoon with a bottle of Pierre Moncuit champagne. The selection of Champagnes is quite vast here and some unusual selections that are rarely found at bars in the states. The bar snacks brought to the table were delicious, especially the wasabi peas and the olives, and the dirty champagne glass quickly replaced. It was somewhat difficult to find a waiter to help initially, thus the reason I can't give it five stars. Upon finding a waiter by the name of Cyrill, everything was perfect. The lobster risotto is deliciously full of lobster flavor, with a small piece of lobster in the center. The salmon club was fine, but would not say it's anything notable. It's a beautiful place to spend an afternoon or an evening. It is elegant and delicious, despite being understaffed. read more
