Established in 1994.

Das Le Bambou wurde 1994 vom damaligen Patron Christoph Wiesner eröffnet. Es begann als afrikanisch eingerichtetes Lokal mit französischer Küche. Im Jahr 2012 übernahm der langjährige Restaurantleiter Ronny Löser das Steuer und veränderte das von Michelin, Varta, Feinschmecker und Gault Millau mehrfach ausgezeichnete Restaurant in ein modernes, klares Ambiente mit regionaler, kreativer Küche. Mediterrane Einflüsse gehören heute ebenso zur Karte wie die klassische deutsche Küche. Herzlich Willkommen!
