Wonderful cuisine, all from scratch, much of it being of organic and local production! I had an amazing tartar of the renowned Blonde d'Aquitaine and my husband had great sous-la-mere veal! The potatoes were fried in duck fat, so delicious. Great organic local wine and to finish an unforgettable Armagnac infused vanilla custard topped with an irresistible salt caramel sauce.
