Indian food differs across the world and that is expected as they aim to please the locals and what…read morethey are accustomed to. This little restaurant is no exception, they have clearly fine tuned each meal to the taste buds of the local French inhabitants and that makes sense, however i found that the food was slightly more creamy and mild than i would normally expect or enjoy from a Indian restaurant. Despite the dishes not tasting anything like what I am used to it did taste good and that is what is important. The food was nice and the service was quick and friendly. The ambiance was lovely, it was a warm cozy joint with some nice decor, and the toilet had to be the 'Pièce de résistance'. It was a very ornate throne which when flushed had a bell ring, very charming. Overall the restaurant was nice, but nothing like the Indian food I have tasted over the years across Europe,America and the Middle East but still a nice version. My only real complaint would be it was slightly over priced for what was very small portions, the main courses also do not come with rice or bread so to pay 13 Euros for a small chicken tikka masala which was literally no more than 5 tablespoons it is a little disappointing and overpriced. Other than that if you fancy a curry and there isn't anywhere else why not pop in here it may tickle your taste buds more than it did mine!

The small restaurant was packed with people so it's normal to wait a little bit but normally it should not be a problem the have rice and naan to go. For us the treatment we got seemed quite unfriendly and we would not recommend to go to this place. Maybe the food is ok but we did not have the opportunity to try it.

Good Indian Food We had dinner here last week at this newly…read moreopened restaurant. Good Indian food with a French style (Plat instead of smaller dishes, Indian style). Husband and wife running the restaurant have done a good job with the décor and the menu. Friendly service. Home made kulfi to finish was delicious. They even put in a candle for my partner's birthday. I hope they do well.
