We hired Casey Glew to repair broken forced hot water heater pipes in our Maine house that we discovered in May 2025. The scope of the project was clear, he, in fact, met with the insurance company claims handler and he received the insurance mitigation and repair report. He told us over and over that he was going to start the job, "tomorrow", "next week", "I'll start the 4th of July weekend and send you photos" have about 20 or so texts stating he was about to start and send photos but he never did! We confronted him and demanded our down payment and house key be returned, but he won't return the money, we have texts stating he mailed us the check & key on two different occasions, but he is lying. Have all the texts proving that he's not telling the truth. We reported him to a deputy of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office this week and hired an attorney to get our money back, because Casey Glew stole our money and this won't be tolerated. He is a thief and according to our attorney we should have no problem going after him! Do not hire this liar under any circumstances, he is a fake and a phony and won't do any work. Terrible customer service from this snow removal business. If I were you I would steer clear of this business. Owner operator Casey Glew is not approachable and serves his own interest and does not listen or check the needs of his customers. When needs are brought to his attention he treats you as if you don't matter. He has a sketchy contract that is not complete. read more

This company took a deposit of $1,500.00 from us and then failed to do any work. They said they would the money back but never did. He doesn't return calls nor did he answer a letter from my attorney. Stay as far away from this person and this company as you can! read more
