This store is one of those locations where you go in, order and they roll it our to ya via the rails. Good selection considering such a small store front. Sometimes, it gets super slow. 2 counters on the left side and 1 on the right. The right side is mostly used for returns, but more often than not, only 1 cash counter is operational!! WHY?!? Busy on the weekends and ridiculously congested before a long weekend. (Is this the only Beer Store in 5 mile radius?) Staff? Not the friendliest of the bunch, but they get the job done and I can get out with my ice cold 24s!! Single cans are sold here too for you single can lovers! Staff was very helpful and attentive when I had trouble finding something. It wasn't in the store, so they looked it up on their device & found out that LCBO doesn't carry the product at all. That was good to know. Given the store's small size, it's still pretty good. It has a reasonable selection & I was able to buy something else instead.

But then, I got an email from Frank Perry at The Beer Store in Mississauga saying they would be reimbursing us for the gift card - and giving us an extra $10 for the trouble of having to call in!! Apparently, they have had some trouble with people hacking into their gift card system, so I guess we weren't the only one they heard from. I was so happy with the good customer service. This store needs employees to trust their customers more and just check if they are telling the truth, because this behaviour of nickel and diming people off money they may need for basic groceries of certain employees just encourages people to exxagerate their can counts, and I save them time by counting before I even leave. One is to drop off your empties, another is the cooler section and the third is check-out. Young and friendly staff, they did a good job at stressing customer service to their employees. The place doesn't smell of booze like some of the other seedy locations. Bonus is that it's close to my work. So on the way home, grab a cold one!
