The person I spoke to were professional, courteous, and kind with my questions on the phone, and did direct me further to contact other individual Tax return companies. That was a wonderful experience to not just be pushed aside because I had some thing other than what they normally work on. I will keep them in mind when I am working with a company that needs to have their services because of that.

We were looking for a company that was a bit more creative in solution finding for our situation And we were hopeful that this was the place. It appears that a mistake was made by the tax prepair. And as a result, we went back-and-forth with the IRS about fees and penalties. We're not entirely sure that we received what we wanted and chances are we won't be using this company again in the future.
