I visited a local dealer, but wasn't satisfied with their "Out the Door" price or the fact that I was left hanging for several days without communication. I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Lee Ford and called. I spoke with Morgan and explained that I know what I want, have a quote from one dealer, another dealer still to call and was ready to make a purchase based on who could give me the best price. All 3 dealers had the exact same vehicle/options/trim package/MSRP so I was comparing apples to apples. Morgan was eager to help, gave me a price over the phone. I thanked her and told her that I still needed to call one more place that evening and she offered her personal cell phone for me to continue to be in touch, even after they closed at 7pm. I told her I would call back by the next morning at the latest. She said that she was off the next day, but please call anyway with our decision, whether she was getting the sale or not. Not wanting to call too early on her day off, I planned to call around 9/9:30 am. She called me at 8:10 to check in. Long story short, we got a substantially better price and at a dealer an hour closer to home in VA. I was disappointed that she could not at least match the lower price, as we would have driven the extra hour to give her the sale. We were so impressed by her willingness to be available after they closed that night and also the next day on her day off. I texted her after purchasing our new Expedition to thank her for going above and beyond to make herself available. She was happy for us, asked to see pics of our vehicle and told me if I had any questions about our new Expedition, to please feel free to ask. Wow! Morgan is genuinely kind and caring and impressed us so much! I would recommend her highly for everyone in the area.

They diagnosed it (they said) and said the Freon was on 3 whatever so they tapped it to 5. Two (2) days later it only blew out hot heat. We took it back and they said it needed strader valves. It was still doing the same then we took it back they said we needed a compressor so they put that on. Then it had a whining sound. All these services included a labor charge. We was told the aftermarket compressor may have been bad they would get another compressor but we would have to pay another labor fee. All of this picking up and returning it to fix was is less than 2 weeks. I have called the GM several times also emailed and he has not replied. This is not good business and is not treating a customer fair.

Recently purchased a 1982 Corvette from this dealership and was assured by a salesman named,…read more"Matt" that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected by their mechanic and had no deficiencies / issues of any kind. I was not afforded the opportunity at the dealership to have the car placed on a lift to inspect it from underneath nor receive a signed declaration by the mechanic as to the verified condition of the vehicle. The vehicle upon further inspection and at a minimum, requires that the left-rear exhaust pipe and muffler be replaced due to rust holes, the engine receive a thorough tune-up because it will not idle, once the A/C is turned on, the A/C and blower fan are non-functional and either need to be repaired or replaced and the A/C system may not have been actually converted from R12 to R134 refrigerant, the right-side power-window is noisy, creaky and only semi-functional. The dealership was paid the asking price as advertised and all that I am asking for is that the vehicle be competently repaired, bringing it up to the mechanical standard it was said to be in at the time of sale, and that the repairs be performed in a timely manner, that is convenient to me, the new owner of the car, a one-hundred percent disabled, honorably-retired, former Paratrooper, Special Forces MSG / 1SG, and Delta Force combat veteran-Sniper Team Leader.
