I called and my name was completely messed up they had my husbands name on the chart , who is the policy holder not patient, then they asked if another name was mine and that was my mothers name. Totally incompetent employees. Then they put me through to scheduling again because the name was incorrect. I'm currently holding for 20 minutes now to speak with scheduling! Not sure if the outcome of this call. Hoping I can still keep the same appointment that is scheduled for this Wednesday. Beware dealing with uneducated people.

Dr Hartog is definitely self obsessed denying he ever makes a mistake not for just my procedure but I heard him make excuses with two other women and their botched breasts while I went to get him to fix the mess he did. He left huge scars, was impossible to get a hold of after surgery, extremely rude when voicing concerns, his staff talked bad about me when I asked too many questions, uneven lipo, has no modern knowledge of the post op for lipo... didn't even recommend I wear a garment he said wear spanks, we lipod my arms now they're deformed from wearing no garment on his recommendation. I went to get my surgery redone which I already paid 8k for .. he offered to fix it for 5k.... I literally went to Miami and doctors laughed at the job he had done.. thank god I got it fixed from another doctor!!!
