My laundry was collected around the ninth from the Glen Road in Laxey! A duvet from the previous collection was not returned but I thought it might be because it was an old duvet and it didn't take the machines very well Has had happened to one previously.
The laundry that was collected had some items that I need to use. I have phoned up twice now when I spoke to a members of staff and at times when I've not been able to get an answer.A while ago and I was told it would be coming and again this morning. I didn't quite catch what the man was saying because I'm quite deaf. I still don't have my laundry which is sad because previously I gave them five star rating because they were absolutely brilliant so it's gone from 5 to 0. I hope my laundry turns up tomorrow. !
I am very concerned! The check which I left for them and informed them was still in the letterbox having been enjoyed quite a bit by the resident. slugs!
It seems that the slugs are better at their job and the laundry is it theirs! read more
