The laundry that was collected had some items that I need to use. I have phoned up twice now when I spoke to a members of staff and at times when I've not been able to get an answer.A while ago and I was told it would be coming and again this morning. I didn't quite catch what the man was saying because I'm quite deaf. I still don't have my laundry which is sad because previously I gave them five star rating because they were absolutely brilliant so it's gone from 5 to 0. I hope my laundry turns up tomorrow. ! I am very concerned! The check which I left for them and informed them was still in the letterbox having been enjoyed quite a bit by the resident. slugs!
