Normal it takes 20 to 40 mins for the medicine he gives you to kick in ,I explained everything over the phone . I was here for an infected tooth that had to be pulled. They had an emergency and something else that day . Asked if they could reschedule i said yeah but this tooth i have is still infected and I had it since last November. (Other story other time . ) So he looks ,and they say they can, mind you i have been here since 11.45 ,just got back to the doc office about 12.45 . Talked and he decided he was pulling . So he shoots me up ,offers laughing gas ,I am the driver . No ,he doesn't ask if I am a baby about shots. I am use to be numbed up then shot . This not numbing pull crap has gotta stop . It is 5 of 1. He has a conference call at 1.00 . What to do think happened. Not good . I believed that the hand raising was a sign of pain . Not there . Sopping tears don't work ,he just pulled and pulled and I raised and and raised my hand as he pulled. Finally after sopping like a baby for a min he asked are you alright ,I said no ,I feel that . He them shot a gain ,and now he was done by 10 after 1 . Hurray he can make it to his conference call . The nurse asked I wanted some drug that are addictive, I said no and don't put as an option. For some strange reason she got up in that doctors face and said she doesn't want it. I left wiping away tears that didn't stop until I arrived home . The doctor was so professional he called at 9.30 pm to see how I was doing . Hum wasn't that nice. Never going back . Pray I never have to have another tooth pulled . He said he name so fast . He does talk fast, and is hard to understand because of that but he is very accommodating to rephrase and restate anything you're worried about. I got four teeth extracted from another local dentist and I wasn't numb and was super nervous going in, but he treats his patient like their family. He talked me through it so many times, helped my nerves and I didn't even do general, I did the gas and was completely comfortable! He's so sweet and everyone in the office is so great and kind, great pricing as well. I got two wisdom teeth pulled for 296 under laughing gas because my other two weren't ready and he informed me if I were to pull the others that weren't ready I could get nerve damage and problems in my other teeth around. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing teeth pulled.

Delta requires "pre-authorization" before they will pay their portion--so I was very adamant that they get that before doing any work. I had payment issues with them prior to the visit. It took multiple phone calls, but finally they were able to get authorization and begin. I paid cash for my 50% and thought that the transaction was over. Much later I was notified by Dr. Johnson's office that Delta denied my claim because I didn't get "pre-authorization". When I told them how adamant I was that they get the pre-authorization prior to doing the work she told me she remembered being there that day. I told her to call Delta, pull the phone records and tell them that they in fact did authorize the work. She said "sorry--the phone records were lost in a fire they had at the office"! I'm thinking--"so call the phone company?". I refused to pay and Dr. Johnson actually asked me if I was going to screw him over. I said no--looks like you are going to screw me over. Now my account is in collections--farmed out to some collection agency and impacting my credit score. Needless to say he lacks any level of a customer-focused approach. He lost a boat load of future work over a few hundred dollars.

I needed to have 3 molars extracted, well 4 but that's in a couple of weeks. I was very nervous. The care and concern of the doctor and the dental assistant was above par. My tooth was so infected that the antiseptic was not holding long enough for them to pull the third tooth without being in pain. They worked with me and maid it painless. I appreciate the office staff talking to me and the great care I received. They were not my first choice due to reviews but they were They only one in my network accepting new clients. Couldn't be happier with there care. This community of dental professionals has won me over and they are awesome. I would highly recommend them for any dental needs. Never mind how much pain I was in, never mind how infected my mouth (and therefore how infected my whole body) was, never mind that he should have sent me to an oral surgeon in the first place . . . all that mattered were my routine cleanings and how I watch my language . . . I would rather tear out every single remaining tooth in my head by hand then EVER go back to his office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Laboe's practice for almost three years and it has been quite a…read moretumultuous journey but my experience was pleasant thanks to Dr. Laboe and his congenial staff. I have adult braces and having clarity braces available to me was important. The staff is so personable and they make you feel like family. My monthly payments are affordable despite my lack of Orthodontic insurance. They even gift their patients an Oral B electric toothbrush, which is INVALUABLE when you have braces to clean!! Initially, I was hesitant about getting braces and I am grateful to be in such good hands! I had a tooth extracted and another exposed under anesthesia and the surgeon Dr. Laboe referred me to (Dr. Shaw) was very experienced and also conveniently located in the next building. The impacted tooth was difficult to remove (due to its position in my palate) and Dr. Laboe was able to come from next door and consult with the surgeon as to what he wanted mid surgery. Typically speaking, your orthodontist is not present during your surgery with the surgeon. Now that is what you call priceless convenience! Just a small example as to why he comes highly recommended!
