We have hired Lawn Rangers in the past. For the most part we were quite satisfied. The last 2 times I contacted their office I have been very disappointed. In the first instance, I spoke to the owner about some work we would like to have done. I was told by the owner he would drop by and provide an estimate. He never showed up or called. Recently, we decided to try again at our new property for some garden work. Again, I spoke to another owner and set up an appointment. I was then called the next day by their office staff to tell me they were awarded a new large commercial contract. The owner had instructed her to call me to let me know that they wouldn't be taking on any new work. I explained that we already made an appointment. I was told they were cancelling anyway.
