After multiple calls, disappointed with not showing up on the day of service to my address, I called on April 19, 2023 to get my name off their schedule. I would say that the planting of our tree was well done. Prior to installation, we did not receive a call from these guys when they would be out; rather, they just showed up. As they had done a good job planting, I asked if they could remove about 1.5 yd3 of clay and replace it with topsoil. Installer said sure, he'd have someone call me to arrange. That was 24 days ago. Never heard a thing. I guess they have enough business to keep them busy. If these guys are associated with Hidden Ponds Nursery, I guess I'm not surprised. After living in Mount Pleasant for five years, and having several landscape companies saying they would come out and give us quotes, etc , but never showing, we FINALLY not only had Lawn Rangers show, but they came when scheduled and they came in the pouring rain ready to work with conscientious, and showed amazing work ethic. Morgan, was the young designer that showed up with some wonderful ideas with patience to listen to my ideas as well. She had a vast knowledge of landscape design, varieties of plants and trees, and also disease of plants. Eric, the team leader was energetic, engaging, and displayed a very happy disposition throughout the entire day! They completed the job as they promised and could not have done more to see that we were pleased with all that they had done. After a horrible experience with a local landscaper I was super apprehensive about bringing anybody on board to finish a job that we had started as a giant remodel on the front yard. I visited the Hidden Ponds Nursery and worked with Morgan and was delighted with her business acumen, knowledge of the nursery and plants and willingness to help me with my project. She had her crew come out within about a week and a half to Leigh about 20 pallets of sod and her foreman Eric was beyond a delight to work with. He was very customer focused and they did an outstanding job laying the sod and prepping the area. Even my irrigation guy said they did an outstanding job and didn't cut any corners. I am excited to hire them to do the next phase which is our backyard. I would highly recommend them!!! read more

We had our front yard landscaped and it turned out beautifully. Stephanie did an amazing job picking plants for our flower beds and the crew she sent out were friendly and hard working. I saw something I wasn't sure of at one point and Chris was quick to help fix it and did it with a smile even after their tools were put away. read more

The nursery has large century plants out front and is also named Hidden Ponds. Went there Saturday, was greeted by the owner, Phill St. Pierre, who allowed us to ride a golf cart thru his nursery to look at the various plants and shrubs he had available. He showed us a beautiful pond where koi & ducks swam & fed happily. Also in the very back were a couple small goats with new kids! This is a beautiful nursery stocked with beautiful pottery and top notch decorating ideas for your garden/landscape. I would highly recommend this nursery, the friendliness & expertise of Phil and his employees is unmatched. read more

Had around $7.000.00 worth of work done. The job included landscaping around our patio, and sodding the lawn where there were bald spots. Lawn Rangers did not calculate the correct amount of mulch, sent dead or dying sod, and failed to use a weed barrier in the flower beds. The contact person was rude, they did not replace the dead sod, and they did not add the proper amount of mulch. Evidently we were not a very big account - as we were told. Beware! read more
