We have used Lawn Pros for years and were always happy. In recent years we have had issues with them when turning on the irrigation system and spraying the lawn. However, today David and another worker came out to fix everything, and they did an amazing job. David explained why the issues were occurring and took responsibility for his other co-workers that came out earlier in the year. We were planning on shopping around for a new lawn and sprinkler company, but now we will stay. David ensured our continued business. Hopefully he'll be back next summer! read more

Seems that my neighbor enjoys letting me know when vendors don't respond. Yep, Lawn Pros are one of those. The staff in the office are clearly the issue. Specifically, "N" doesn't listen, double speaks, and then apologizes for her misunderstanding. We specifically set a date for weed treatment. All I was trying to do is have the dandelions knocked down. Oh, then "N" doubles the quote for a manual weed spray. So I clarified that I called the wrong company. No thanks. read more

I hired Lawn Pros in June of 2017 to put a paver patio in my back yard surrounding an above ground swimming pool. We had issues regarding the patio installation but in the end we settled our dispute amicably. read more

Despite my unfavorable run in with the General Manager, I have called here 3 times to get a quote to do a new lawn and irrigation system and have never had anyone return my call or come to our place to measure. So much for professional service! read more
