You will not find this company listed anywhere that would show customer care services. It's an LLC. To limit their businesses as well to avoid any responsibility for them. Unable to give less than one star but would lower rating if possible. Poor company treats employees like trash, pays under minimum wages, works them over 8 hours each day. Just a horrible landscape company. Explains why they are not part of the BBB or any other group like Angie's list or state organizations oversight of qualitywork.

Recently i Have called multiple times for service and even when they show up they are not able to do the entire service call because they didn't have the products. After every scheduled application the technician always notated that the lawn looks great, yet i have nutsedge and broadleaf weeds everywhere. I guess our definition of "looks great" is infinitely different than theirs. Called on August 15th for a service call and now its Aug25 and still no service received. Called the office today to find out when they were coming and a very rude employee named Amanda said "ok have a nice day" and hung up on me mid sentence when I stated to cancel my account. Upon calling back she answered the phone and still had an attitude as if I inconvenienced her with my call. If anyone is even considering using this location look long and hard for another service provider. Pictures added

It's more weeds than grass, and when you call, they yes you to death, promise the manager will call, but do nothing at all to fix it. The guys that come all play dumb and say I only spread, or I only do lime, and all say they don't know anything about lawns, but they will tell their manager. I've called repeatedly, I've sent photos, e-mail, etc., to no avail. I'm done with them!!! UPDATE: After providing Amanda C. with the info she requested, the Branch Manager came to the house, and saw with his own eyes. He agreed with everything I had said regarding the quality of the lawn, and has promised to bring it back up to the Scott's standard, at no additional charge. I will update this again, once the promise has come true.
