Not only that, but I texted and called them several times and there is no follow-up. When he didn't show up on time, I texted Daniela (the person who I first met with initially to get a quote) and she said he was still working trimming a tree and was going to be late (ok understandable).. so I waited.. 3 more hours went by and NO RESPONSE. I had to continuously text to follow up & she said she couldn't get a hold of him. I had my lawn done by so I thought was Lawn by Twins by they contracted it out to some other guy that did a terrible job. It's been less then a year and the grass has tons of weeds and is dying in a few spots. I water and fertilize like your supposed to. The guy that put the sprinklers put some too far apart so some areas don't get water. I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

They installed 850sq2 of Fescue sod and re-did all the sprinklers and replaced valves to make sure the grass gets enough water. They set a water schedule for 3 weeks and told me that they check in with me in 2 weeks. We did not hear from anybody on the 2nd week. On the 4th week, we noticed the grass does not look healthy but did not know what to do. I called and sent text messages asking them to have someone come over and take a look to see what's happening. It seems to me that the soil is not draining water and I am to sure if they did a proper install. I have received No response what-so-ever after 7 weeks. I am Very disappointed. We had a 12-15ft orange tree that was causing us a lot of pest problems. 4 guys came, extracted the tree, and planted a new tree in its place.
