After finding Nick's (Big Guys Professional Services) phone number in a post from a Meadow Vale…read moreresidents I called him about shoveling my driveway. He quickly pulled up a Google view of my property. After a brief discussion of the areas, he provided a price and said he and his crew would see me later that day. Very late that day, he texted that they would arrive after stopping for a quick dinner. Although it was dark, he and his team began shoveling. They did a great job of clearing my walkway and driveway. The fee was as he had quoted me during our call. I felt lucky to have found Nick. Based on the services I received, I felt the price was fair, and the work was good. And while I hope we don't have any more snow to shovel this year, I will keep him in mind for my spring hardscaping, landscaping, and fencing needs. (502-303-6469.

After researching lawn and landscape companies on the BBB site, we called Lawnpro and had them come…read moreout to quote on replacing our lawn with a newly seeded yard. They were prompt, courteous, and most importantly to us; promising that we'd have a stellar yard when they were done with it. That was in Sept of 2013. As of mid-April, they have delivered on their word. From killing all vegetation in September to now, the change is dramatic, the grass came in like they said it would, and they've been out twice this spring to reseed small patches and fill in where seed was either washed away by fall rain, or maybe eaten by birds. It's not even finished filling in, and we already have the best yard in the neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about them. They told us they were by no means the cheapest guys in town, but pride themselves on being the best. We only bid the job to 2 other companies recommended by the BBB, but neither was as prompt or detailed regarding the quote we asked to have prepared. This truly is a case where we're getting what we paid for; High quality and great customer service.
