Ms. Bonds Hickey has been my attorney since 2019, when she originally prepared my will and family…read moretrust documents. She recently revised these documents, as my marital status changed. In all my business with her, Ms. Hickey has been both helpful and professional. Each time, she explained every document she had prepared and answered all my questions regarding aspects of the will and the family trust--especially as they pertain to the state of California and to my particular situation. Furthermore, for the first set of documents, she graciously facilitated a difficult time frame for the necessary signings. Ms. Hickey has continued to provide sound and thoughtful legal advice when I sought it. Then, when there was a conflict of interest, Ms. Hickey referred me to another attorney who could provide the necessary legal services I needed. Therefore, I would unhesitatingly recommended Sandra Bonds Hickey, Attorney at Law.

He also included paperwork for the deposit required. I delayed my response for literally one year. I sent the deposit (via CC authorization) and provided the information he requested. Jack honored the original price and gladly started the work on my trust. My trust was somewhat complex and I approached the project methodically and thoroughly. We did most communication via e-mail with the exception of one conference call. Jack fully answered all of my questions and provided guidance where I asked for changes that were not in my best interest. I do believe that Jack understands his business well and I was not disappointed (which I often am) with the quality if his work. The process did take many weeks to complete, but we both had vacations and were not is a rush. We wanted it done right. In the end, Jack provided a very nice binder with tabs and other information that will be very helpful. He also provided a soft copy of the trust that I can use for many purposes. I would recommend Jack for your Estate Planning needs.
