Great classy place to get your Sisterlocs done. Very professional and nice atmosphere. Place is clean and the other stylists are pleasant. If you want to get your nails done there is a nail tech. It is a diverse environment so all hair types can be cared for at Lavish. I appreciate the friendly professional environment as well as not having to wait. I like that I am in the seat at my appointment time and I am out at said time and possibly earlier. I am close to a year and this has been the thing I could have done for my hair wish I would have done it decades ago. Conversations with Bridget are always nice while getting my hair retied. The shop is clean, well-lit and beautifully decorated I went to Lavish Locs to get my sister locks retighten and Bridget took great care of my babies. She is a professional that provides exceptional customer service. She makes you feel comfortable and at home. She takes your temperature when you arrive and her own to assure her clients that the shop is free from COVID-19. After service, she sprays and wipes down your chair and area for the next client. Started my loc journey with lavish loc studio. It was the most amazing experience. My establishment session only took one day. I could not find anyone else who could offer this. Bridget offers a double team approach which cuts the time in half! The salon was very clean. Everyone on staff adhered to covid protocols. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. It was just like a day hanging out with friends. The team was meticulous making sure everything was perfectly in place.
