Jordan has been my trusted hairstylist since 2010. Her exceptional skill and compassionate approach have been especially meaningful as I navigate women's hair loss. Whether it's color, extensions, or hair additions, she consistently makes my hair look full, natural, beautiful, and confidence-boosting. After feeling sad and discouraged for many years over my hair, it now looks great! I've never received so many compliments in my life. I feel like a miracle that my hair can finally look nice. I also deeply appreciate that Lavish Locks offers private booths rather than an open salon floor. During appointments involving extensions, additions, and color, that level of privacy creates such a comfortable, respectful environment, especially for women experiencing hair loss who may not want to feel on display during the process. The entire team provides a warm, professional experience every visit, and I highly recommend them. read more

I sat on this review for a while, but every time I think about it, it annoys me. I went in for a hair halo appointment and purchased a halo. My appointment might not have happened when it came in so i offered to just pick it up versus putting it on in salon. The girl I messaged with was like oh no, it's your big day, come on in. Then they washed and styled it, with curling that literally fell out within me paying and getting into my car. The photo attached is me 10 minutes after leaving the chair. They charged me $150 for that... I was not expecting that, maybe $50 or so, even though I didn't ask for the styling and the way she worded it made it seem included. So I asked what the $150 was for and $65 was for "halo try on" - so it is not free just FYI if you decide to go there and do a complimentary halo fit. Or maybe it is if you purchase and just pick up... read more

I love getting my hair done Lavish Locks! It's a whole vibe and spa experience. Amanda is truly a hair magician! She does my extensions, topper, and color, and every time I leave her chair, I feel completely transformed. She's not only incredibly skilled but also deeply personable. She makes me feel genuinely seen and heard. Amanda has a way of understanding exactly what I want (even when I'm not sure how to explain it) and brings it to life flawlessly. Her attention to detail and her "magic hands" make every appointment relaxing and enjoyable. I've been going to this salon for about a year and a half, and this last visit was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I normally got weft extensions from Amanda, but this time I switched to keratin extensions. They acted nice and friendly this entire time but in the end I realized things weren't as honest as I expected. I felt completely gaslit, and now I'm left with bald spots. My hair is painful, damaged, and nothing like what I expected. I told them for weeks how uncomfortable and painful my head was, but my concerns were dismissed. They kept saying "looping" was normal and maybe sometimes it is, but not when it happens on every single piece on your head. I finally had the extensions removed by another licensed stylist, who confirmed the damage to my scalp. Now I have bald spots and have already spent hundreds more trying to repair the harm this salon caused. I asked for a refund for the hair and application, especially since I only had these extensions in for one month, but was told I had to return the hair and brush. The hair had already been thrown out because they were painful and unusable. I'm not sure why they would want me to return these items, unless it was for reuse, which is concerning to think about. After being a loyal client for over a year, I'm beyond disappointed. This salon caused me pain, visible damage, and then refused to take responsibility. read more

I got my hair done here back in March and paid $600. For that price, you would think I'd walk out with a completely new look, but all I received was a wash and a move-up for my extensions. I feel like I was scammed. To make things worse, I was pressured into removing my original review. I want to warn others to be aware before booking here. read more

Jordan is a very knowledgeable hair stylist. I came into her salon having issues with my existing hair extensions. The information that Jordan shared with me, was unlike any that I have known. It was obvious that she was very knowledgeable and had perfected her craft. She provided so much information regarding how care for them; from how I was washing and brushing my hair, to the type of conditioner I was using, to the way I wore them in a ponytail when I slept. After 10 minutes with her and the questions she asked, I knew she was a true expert on extensions. Each time I come in for my appointments, I learn new information on how to care for my hair. I truly think that I have found a gem. The reason for writing this Yelp Review, is I want to share her talents with others, but since I don't want others to know I have extensions, I can't recommend her to my friends. I'm also hesitant to recommend her to others, because then it will be hard to get a hair appointment. Ha, Ha Thanks Jordan for all you do for me! Rebecca read more
