So results may vary. My skin is not terribly dry nor oily. But my results were great!! She added strokes to my sparse and patchy brows that look so real!! Never imagined I'd get my pre horrible teenage plucking job brows back. It really helps even out my face and takes off years!! The owner is helpful and informative. And clearly knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend her! I'm getting my mom new brows for her birthday! So excited for that! And I'm having her do lips ASAP!! Well worth the money!!

I booked an eyebrow wax and found out the morning of my appointment that you can't get wax done…read morewhile using retinol. I told the owner I would like to stop using retinol and reschedule the appointment. I explained I had gone to her many times in the past and had never missed an appointment. She charged me 30$ for wanting to reschedule, even though the only thing she could offer to do for me was "tweeze" my eyebrows, and wouldn't even be able to do the service I booked if I did show up. It's upsetting that she cares more to make quick 30$ than continuing relationships with people in town. I feel completely scammed.

The owner claims she's the only certified person to do extensions, yet she hands off the work to unqualified apprentices. You end up going back over and over to fix their mistakes--until she finally decides to step in and do what she should've done in the first place. She gets away with it because she lives in the building--always around, but only available when the apprentices still can't get it right after the fourth try. I spent a ridiculous amount of money here and got nothing in return but frustration, wasted time, and regret. Do yourself a favor: go literally anywhere else.
