I was able to get an appointment the very same day I called, which was such a relief. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the manager named Tammy. Diane quickly brought us into an exam room and offered me a bottle of water. She was so friendly and efficient, and so kind and gentle with Purrcy. Dr. Hart examined him thoroughly and diagnosed an ear infection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and outlined a treatment plan with several options. I never felt pressured to run extra tests or select the priciest option. I was not rushed, and it was obvious that Purrcy's comfort and well-being were a priority. Another vet tech named Jamie stopped into the room to introduce herself and see if I needed anything else. The entire team showed genuine compassion and professionalism. I really liked the re-cap sheet they sent me home with. It stated everything that was done and the medications given in the office. It included clear instructions for at-home care that I could refer to and share with my husband. Thanks to Bushnell Animal Clinic, Purrcy is already on the road to feeling better. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care at a reasonable price.

When we…read morearrived to drop them off, we were told they had no record of the appointment and that we would have to wait an hour for the owner to return to check them in. We turned around and took our fur babies back home. Probably a blessing in disguise, as the stay would probably have been terrible. We would never think of letting our beloved dogs stay at such an unreliable and unprofessional place. Had to cancel/reschedule a medical appointment four hours away, but there was obviously no other choice.

Teagan wears many hats not only does she groom all types of dogs big and small and also I was amazed that she also home schools her 4 children. as for the children all 4 of them help with cleaning the facility and helps with obedience training. Devin is amazing with his patience and has a tremendous passion for giving 500 percent in his Obedience training he treats every dog like his own and always no matter how long it takes for his pup in training he never gives up he allways walks away with a win. I had bought a Decker rat terrior her name is Sadie I had no idea how strong minded and smart this breed was . I took my Sadie to him for training and he taught me so much more that I had in the past with my other 2 dogs . Also we have taken Sadie to his day classes and boarded her several times. I hadn't been able to coax Ralphie out of the house since he turned 1 - or even slip a leash over his head without getting bit. Ralphie was an aggressive dog and a menace who terrorized every repairman and friend who came to visit. But Ray was able to earn Ralphie's trust and within a week Ralphie was out in public walking by his side! This man has a gift and a passion for what he does. Communication was easy and reliable through the whole process. He kept me updated on Ralphie's progress with lots of videos. And I could tell by the tell by the tail wags that my pup was having fun. Ray was easy to work with and solved all our issues. Today Ralphie can go everywhere with us - on errands, even to outdoor cafes to eat with friends. Training here was a total game changer for us.

She also contacted Reza for training. Honey came to the new surroundings of my home and responded so well to verbal commands, despite her puppyish behaviour. Slowly overcoming past abuses she now exhibited a confidence with knowing what was expected of her. Honey's training also made my adjustment to her so much easier as I learned the commands with which she was now familiar. I can't recommend Reza enough as a trainer. His expertise and caring made an incredible difference in the life of a dog who was earmarked for disaster, and currently has a road of success ahead. I couldn't be more grateful.
