She turns frumpy manes to gold and beyond with a simple gloss and a trim and she can even make your "sparklers" (aka grays) vanish and/or blend. Give her a try and I'm certain your investment won't go to waste. I couldn't have dreamt of such a human in a million years, but I somehow found her and now you have too!

I have curly to wavy natural hair and it makes it hard to trust just anyone to cut and style. Bailey cut my hair. She did take good time for consultation during which I showed her pics of my…read moregoal haircut after I continue to GROW OUT my pixie. I truly felt she understood what I wanted when she stated "LESS IS MORE" multiple times. The end product was that she cut approx 1.5-2 inches off the top layers of my hair to make all my hair the same length. Of course, this gave me the complete opposite of what I was looking for. When I realized this and told her how I felt how bad it was, her complete demeanor changed. A big long story short, the owner (I think) got involved and when I was explaining my frustration, every thing I would say they have come backs that would "make them in the right" and never attempting to own up to the disaster. I went the next day for it to be evened out. I now have another SHORT pixie. Response to owner comment: I said "you crapped up my hair" even though you hadn't touched it. I meant, you, as in Bailey is your employee and we were in your salon which makes it you.

I came to her desperate after having gotten a botched haircut to add layers to my straight, one length hair. Kelly is truly a hair magician. She didn't flinch at the hack job to my hair and was confident that she could fix it. My layers are now even ("dancing layers" as Kelly called them) and the best part is that I still have my length. Kelly did such an amazing job with that the cut styles itself beautifully and there is really no maintenance required - it truly is a wash and go cut which is not always easy when layers are added to straight hair. I am so grateful to have found Kelly and Revamp Salon. I will for sure be seeing her for my future haircuts.

(Originally on Google review). I usually don't leave negative reviews, but after spending over…read more$500, I feel it's important to share my experience. This is also due to the fact there wasn't an apology. I was at the salon from approximately 12:40 p.m. until around 8:35 p.m. the other week for a partial (halo) color service, not a full-head color. Unfortunately, the results were not what we discussed. The purple turned out blue/teal, and the black was not carried through the rest of my hair, leaving uneven brown sections and noticeable banding. My hair was also left extremely dry, damaged, and breaking off in clumps. What's crazy is that even Eden acknowledged it was blue. At that point I just wanted out of the salon. Before leaving this review, I tried to resolve my concerns privately. I contacted the salon to get in touch with my stylist, and after not hearing back, I had to find her contact information through Instagram. I reached out to her directly, and although my message was read last Friday, I never received a response or even an apology. Edit: Instead of them responding and taking accountability or communicating, they blocked me on Instagram! I also later discovered I had been filmed in the background of the salon's social media content without being informed beforehand, which made me uncomfortable. My stylist Eden was kind during the appointment, but after spending nearly eight hours in the salon and paying over $500, I expected a much higher quality result and better communication afterward. I now have to pay another salon to color my hair black and begin repairing the damage. I've been embarrassed to be outside with my hair as everyone I've shown has mentioned how bad it looks. I had spent so long getting my hair to a healthy place and now I'm having to go through this. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend paying this amount for these results or even going to Coven, and I will not be returning.
