I was able to schedule my appointment online which was very easy and great for an introvert. The morning of the appointment my fur baby was sick, so I cancelled my wax appointment an hour beforehand. They rescheduled me for an afternoon appointment the same day - lifesavers! Nicole did my brow wax and shape. She is super friendly and did a wonderful job. My brows look great! She trimmed, waxed, and then plucked. Others tell me that my brows don't need to be shaped or waxed, and it is easy to overdo it. Nicole took care of all the stray hairs, kept a beautiful shape, and they look very natural. I will tell everyone to come here for a wax. The spa and salon look nice and clean. It's a very cute atmosphere. I will probably schedule a massage here in the coming months.
