Firstly, we went about our Kitchen remodel backwards. We initially were only going to install a new…read moredouble oven, that soon expanded to all new kitchen appliances. Since we were getting all new appliances, we decided to resurface our cabinetry. I went out and solicited several quotes, many stated that the cabinets were not worth resurfacing and suggested we purchase new cabinets, others said similar but suggested painting instead of refinishing, of course my wife and I liked the natural look of the wood grain and were set on refinishing and wanted to keep within our budget and these quotes would not allow for that. We came across Lagunas Custom Kitchens via word of mouth and called Mr. Lagunas out to provide a quote. He too recommended new cabinets, but only because it would take a shorter period of time to install than the labor intensive act of refinishing. Since we had already purchased our appliances (based on our existing cabinetry - remember we did this backwards), he provided us a reasonable quote to refinish. Over the next couple of weeks my wife and I decided on a specific color we wanted for our dated oak cabinets which Eleuterio "Tello" created several samples of until the depth of color was what we wanted. During this process we also decided to install new counter tops and replace the cabinet doors and drawers with the soft close hinges on the doors (I highly recommend these), that Eleuterio recommended and the additional cost was reasonable enough that I would be a fool to have not taken advantage of the upgrade. Of course, I forget the rest of the cabinets throughout the house don't have those soft close hinges so I end up slamming many shut, much to the Mrs. dismay. Well now that we had everything chosen it was time to schedule the work to be completed, and again Eleuterio came through for us. He was finishing up a large entertainment unit project and said we would be next in the schedule, but there was large project involving new homes he needed to provide a quote, so the project start would be at least a week out with about two weeks worth of work. I had informed Eleuterio that we had a hard date for the appliances install that I had to fight for with the store that I purchased them and that timeline would not be soon enough. So, he called me and asked if he could start that Friday and he would do what he could to meet the deadline. Not only did he meet the deadline he exceeded it and he and his counter top and plumbing subcontractors finished the entire job within a week. After watching Mr. Lugunas work long hours resurfacing my cabinets while ensuring no dust escaped the kitchen area by sealing the room off with plastic, tape and paper to not damage our hardwood floors bringing equipment in and out of the house, I feel I received a sweetheart of a deal. The man even worked on his birthday to complete the job for me (I bought cupcakes and drinks for the crew as a little thank you for the hard work in honor of Mr. Lagunas' birthday. Now I can't guarantee you will receive the same level of service I did, I mean I asked for the almost impossible, but I do know he will give 110% to meet and exceed his customer's desires. He will provide recommendations but never pressure you to accept them. I know from his portfolio that he shared with us he does a lot of custom work, and I look forward to working with him again. All of this service at the most reasonable pricing. Thank you Eleuterio, my wife and I couldn't be more happy with our kitchen remodel.

They scratched my brand new refrigerator and didn't say anything. They left gaps between all the door frames and the floor. They also made and left a huge mess! I had just paid for a cleaning service and they basically ruined it. Linda is probably the worst salesperson ever!! She made multiple mistakes and delayed the order, which put the cleaning before the flooring install, and the messy installation ruined the $450 cleaning job. She also failed to make a follow up appointment or even call to see if I was satisfied, which I was not!!Instead, she came over, unannounced, while I was away for a few minutes and let herself into my home, with my children there, without permission. I believe this is called TRESPASSING! I specifically told her to call before coming over and she didn't. I consider this not only rude and unprofessional, it's actually a CRIME to enter someone's home without permission!! Her excuse was "the front door was open, so I let myself in." Well, the door was open because the rude installers.... Hmmm, that's still trespassing, but why not at least call me?! Especially when I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HER TO?! I was furious when I found out this happened months later when Linda FINALLY decided to check i I was unhappy with the work and service, so I didn't pay the balance initially. I was always taught not to pay off a contractor until I am satisfied with the work! Thought I would promptly get a call to ask what was wrong, but it took them 3 lousy months to call and it was only to ask for payment. I told her my concerns and she said, "too much time had passed to do anything." Lol yeah, because you were a horrible at your job, trespassed through the "inspection," scurried away before I got home, and failed to follow up at all!! She probably knew I would be unhappy when she saw all the unfinished door frames and large scratch on my brand new refrigerator, so she ran off and never called again. I literally thought she died of Covid because she didn't follow up. Who does such a thing?! Linda, apparently does, so don't use her. A month after the phone call, they hired an extremely aggressive collection agency and are trashing my credit score, all because they don't do their jobs correctly! I wanted to negotiate but Linda refused to hold herself accountable and blamed me for not contacting her! I specifically told her to call me to make an appointment and she did not. Way to treat a customer, Linda! I had full intention of paying and the only reason they didn't receive payment was because the work was bad and LINDA DROPPED THE BALL! The turnaround time was quick, they were punctual and showed up when they said they would, and they were extremely reliable. The cabinets themselves are beautiful and great quality. They really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, even taking the extra time to replace the hinges on my existing cabinets so everything would work and look its best. It's hard to find a company that combines quality craftsmanship with great communication and reliability, but they definitely delivered. Lilly was very helpful and attentive and made me feel comfortable with the process. She listened to what I was looking for and offered solutions as well as options that were equally good and affordable. She showed items on sale and was transparent about pricing. Lilly took the measurements and made sure she had everything I needed and confirmed when I could pick up the items from the shop. She offered to build the cabinets at an affordable price but my installer took care of building them. In the end I bought a beautiful marble countertop for a coffee bar and my laundry room. I also purchased two bottom and two top cabinets to complete my project. I am very happy with the way the update turned out in my home. I especially appreciate Lilly and her attentive customer service. When we picked up the items, Israel and his co-worker were amazing. They helped load everything into the truck and made sure we had everything. I love the way my coffee bar and laundry counter look. I wish I had known about them when I do my kitchen! Delivered with a big gash on the bottom freezer door. Pointed it out to the construction manager and said they would take care of it. After a lot of time and phone calls the fridge was never replaced or fixed. Shoddy business practice. I would never recommend this company. No follow through, once they are paid they disappear.
