Since my previous post, we've worked with Kelly and her new assistant Whitney to redo our living room. We were still in our rental home, so again limited on changing anything like wall colors and fixtures, but that didn't stop this team from transforming a somewhat awkwardly designed room into an inviting family room. And again, no judgements from this team when they saw we were still living with worn out leather couches from my husband's bachelor days - they absolutely understand we all start somewhere, and not all of us are naturally gifted at designing a room! Of note - we did have a small problem with the couch cushions we had ordered through Kelly. The foam was apparently a bad batch and quickly deteriorated after installation. If was ZERO issue though, as we contacted Kelly and explained the situation. Within an hour we'd received confirmation they would be replaced as soon as possible. To ensure no future issues with other clients, Kelly visited to see how bad the problem was and relay the issue to the manufacturer (who also sought to get us new cushions as soon as possible). When the new cushions arrived, Kelly's assistant Whitney stopped by as soon as we were available to reinstall. It was a seamless process and reaffirmed just how much they care about their clients. We're now working with Kelly to pick out features in a new home we're building to ensure we get off to a solid start. They've been very understanding of the fact that we are limited by builder options for things like cabinets and counters, and also very understanding that this will not be a full house project, but rather the very basic things to get started and build over time. We're excited for the opening of her new storefront in January, as well as continuing to work together through the construction of our new home and into the future as we complete new projects to put together the home of our dreams.

From the moment he came out for the initial consultation, Cesar demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for his work. He brought out his color deck and sample colors for my specific project, took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I noticed on day 1 that he was very meticulous with his work by the way he entered my home, making sure he has shoe coverings on. I appreciated that very much. Before starting, his team carefully moved all my heavy furniture and covered everything to protect my space. I also have a 9month old baby at home and Cesar made sure to use zero VOC Sherwin-Williams products only. The attention to detail was clear from the start. The ceiling came out beautifully--smooth and flawless. A few small bubbles did appeared afterward, which can sometimes happen, but Ceasar immediately addressed it and scheduled a follow-up visit quickly and took care of them without hesitation. His commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied really stood out to me. Throughout the project, Cesar was communicative, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. The plan was grab a couple items from Trader Joe's then go next door and drop off 2 watches at Knights Jewelry for batteries. The hard part was finding a parking spot, 2 days before thanksgiving, what was I thinking. I did 2 laps searching before my prayers were answered, one opened up like the Red Sea and it was ours before anyone could beat me to it. Trader Joe's, looked great, flowers and wreaths adorned the entrance.the store was packed everyone was smiling customers and workers very festive. We only needed 2 items we were in and out in 5 minutes no waiting in lines all registers were open love that store. Knights Jewelry was next, we were buzzed in and greeted by owner Brian Knight, been coming here for years beautiful one of a kind exquisite jewelry and quality trustworthy service. Brian said he'd replace batteries now if we didn't mind a short wait no problem. We stepped out to look around the Town and Country Village they always doit right here. The Christmas Tree lighting ceremony with Santa kicks off the season in grand fashion. One store that really stood out and says Christmas beautifully is the House of Moseley. The decorative holiday entrance brings a smile to your face as you enter. Quality exquisite one of a kind holiday decorations will make your day. Friendly decorators are happy to assist and make suggestions . The store is full of truly unique hand crafted quality holiday decorator items. Whenever I have a gift or am buying something for somebody, they wrap it up safely and the most beautiful ways will definitely get value for your purchase because the expensive items are worth every penny and there's some famous names that you can get it at quite a good price. in the past, I have called and requested a service of them holding something for me and they were able to accommodate that. I hardly ever go to Trader Joe's where I don't just pop over there and see what's new as they have the Triden true items and then new stuff every week.

We agreed, because of the holidays, that would be ok. Then we never heard anything from customer service and the first install date passes by. Our sales person finally contacted us, gives us another set of days for installation. Again, never contacted again, and the dates are completely missed AGAIN, and still no customer service contact. We even advised the company,we decided to sell our home, and we'd like our $ back! We were told that's not possible, as our product is in production. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INSTALLED ALREADY!!! Now we're getting even more run around from the company. Now we're being told it won't be until mid March! We won't be in the house by then, so their suggestion is for me to ask the buyer to let them in to install our 1SHADE !! 4 MONTHS LATER!!! SERIOUSLY? We were going to use them to install blinds at our new house, BUT WE'LL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Even considering legal action. They had no issue cashing our check quickly, but can't seem to give a sh__ about getting the customer what they paid for at any cost! UNBELIEVABLE
