It was brutal getting out of bed to go to yoga this morning (6am in Canberra = hell to someone just arrived from Brisbane) but I did it. I signed up for the ten day pass for newbies ($30 for ten days for first timers). It was easy to get sign up though they place has just changed names (Previously Align) which was kind of confusing when I got an email form Align. The place might be a little hard to find as it is up a set of stairs but just follow the people with the yoga mats. I really enjoyed my first class. It had a good flow, the moves were good and the room was very big. My colleagues go lots of times a week and they really like the classes. Overall, I am going to keep going, though this weather might defeat me.
