Nobody answered at first, but I received an immediate text back asking what I needed. I requested the service and I was surprised I received so much more. I received the Kaori. It was Heaven! It really does include everything it says! The only little things that may be a concern is a tad of a language barrier and other surrounding businesses where the people were being kind of loud. Even with the noise, I fell asleep! Other reviews mention parking; there is plenty of street parking. They are located in Optima Salons. There are plenty of other things to do around there before or after your visit. Take a Pilates class with Cami at CDM Pilates the next building over. Grab a juice or bagel at Brueggers. We went in May and the actual spa treatment fell short of expectations. Our hair seems silky at first, but in 15 minutes after leaving was dry and the worst condition either of us had ever had our hair. The most uncomfortable part happened at the end of the visit. The staff stood there to make sure we were tipping, making it very much expected and putting us on the spot. To top it off, they insisted that the tip be sent to them privately and separately rather than going through the company's normal payment system. Cornering customers for untracked, private payments is completely unprofessional.

When I walked into Med Lounge, the first thing I thought was wow this place is clean and so zen! She asked me what I was looking for and when I didn't really know, she was so kind and patient enough to ask questions regarding anything I may have wanted to fix and answered any questions I had. I ended up getting my first Botox experience for my gummy smile (which I didn't know you could fix with Botox) but Grace helped me feel at home and relaxed the whole time. It was happenstance that I met Lydia at her former skincare clinic - i am so thankful I did!!! Within the last year, she has helped transform my skin into the best it has ever been my whole life. I finally was able to check out her new skin clinic today and I'm so glad i did! With every treatment, Lydia examines my skin and makes recommendations on what treatment we should do. She is extremely thorough. Her knowledge and expertise are on another level. I love that. She explains everything that she's doing to me. Not only is she amazing at what she does but this spa itself is so freaking cute. A total treat yourself experience. Check out the photos I posted! I'm normally not the type to buy products recommend recommended by aestheticians, but I trust Lydia with my life. If she recommends something to me, I'm buying it. I trust Lydia so much! She is so sweet, and I'm serious when i say her fingers and hands are from heaven. From the way she massages my arms to my neck to washing and cleansing my face - It's SO relaxing. I have lots of neck and jaw tension and tried buccal massage for the first time, plus a fantastic custom facial. She truly customized to what I needed. The buccal massage with lymphatic drainage actually released so much pressure and puffiness without any discomfort in the process, which could easily be awkward or painful if done wrong. Waking up the next day, I didn't have any TMJ pain from sleeping and I feel like my jawline is more prominent. It was so relaxing and I truly felt cared for. Extra points for a beautiful studio and great music.

I was so impressed with the on boarding and the care taken before getting any type of treatment here. I happen to be in the California area for a girls trip and was in need of some laser hair removal. I am a hairy girl and so I definitely need to get my face smooth and hair free. Once my appointment was set, I went through all the on boarding paperwork on site. This place does not mess around and they really do wanna know your medical history, because this is truly medical treatment. After getting my on boarding paperwork completed, I participate it in before photos. After completing my Photo Booth session, I went into my treatment room. In my treatment room was a nice television that had access to Netflix. I enjoy a cup of coffee and waited for my service provider. I enjoyed that the nurse practitioner/owner took the time to really explain the process of laser hair removal with me and then also discuss some of the ongoing issues that could occur because of hormonal issues. I really appreciate it that Lee took the time to discuss other treatments. They had available at the facility as I would love to do a VI peel here to take care of my hyper pigmentation. My laser hair removal went off without a hitch, and I didn't even need any numbing. After my procedure I took my after photos so that that's a part of my medical file. All in all, I was very impressed with this rejuvenation center and would thoroughly recommend that you check them out. I did notice that they do have some packages and specials, and everyone needs a little refresher every once and again.
