Some of issues are with the owner not knowing where his employees were, and not knowing that his shop was actually closed on Saturdays when I made an appointment, through him personally, for a Saturday appointment. Further, the main entrance to his business left me feeling like I was in a greasy used car lot. Dirty, unkempt, sparse and completely in need of a makeover. The "open" sign was flashing, the business hours sign showed the business was closed on Saturdays and a third sign read "open will be back n 15"...and all that was in place before the employee even arrived. What??!! His employee showed up late, and while I made the appointment to have my seats and floors steamed in the front and back row, I settled on just the front row because I really didn't want to be there. Once the employee arrived, he received three separate phone calls and two of them involved him arguing loudly about him not doing his job and him being upset that his boss was calling everywhere looking for him which caused family members to be concerned. I really didn't need to be aware of all that...unprofessional. Prior to getting my vehicle into the shop, he had been running a vehicle, inside the shop, for about 5 minutes, and fill the customer lounge with exhaust fumes. When he asked me to come and inspect the work, the seats weren't cleaned at all. He said he had done the best he could but shampoo can only do so much. Two things wrong with that; 1) the seats are only dirty...not stained and requiring special attention. 2) I specifically booked this appointment for my vehicle to be steam cleaned...and the employee didn't know that. And it seriously does not help the company image that the workshop area looks like it was hit by an earthquake. Seriously in need of a competent manager. In the end I had to haggle over the bill. I was quoted one price for steam cleaning all seats and floors, he shampooed the front and then had to steam them as I requested, and was only willing to knock off $10. Him not knowing his task and having to work harder is hardly my fault. $10 off...not likely. This lead to him calling the owner and engaging in another displeasing conversation. Nothing will bring me back to this business.

I took my car here for some rust repair/proofing as well as a bit of cosmetic damage repair. Not only did they repair the damage better than I could have expected but the rust repair work was second to none, plus they cleaned out the interior really well. My old car feels a few years (and about 30,000 KM younger)! Not only was the work quality superb but the quality of service was also excellent. Jas, the owner is a really calm and friendly gentleman while the person who did the work, RT was really nice. He was so enthusiastic about his work, RT loves cars and loves giving them some TLC that they sometimes need. I don't think I have ever had someone show me some rust repair work with so much pride and enthusiasm! If he was that excited by my decidedly average 10 year old car, I can only imagine how excited he is about working on cars that are actually nice. The pricing was also excellent for the quality of the work he does. My girlfriend took the car in and did not feel pressured or intimidated. Jas said that as the father of three girls, he understands how some shops make women feel intimidated so he wants to make sure that everyone feels at ease when they take their vehicles to him. It's also a really nice touch that he gives opportunities to people with disabilities to work at his shop. All in all I highly recommend Jas Auto Spa!

He even brought out a cleaner and rag after bringing my vehicle out and cleaned each door sill and did a walk around of the vehicle to make sure there was no residue after. I got the salt eliminator treatment done because of all the salt on the roads and I trust that my vehicle is properly protected. The lady at the front desk Emerald was great to chat with while I had my service done. She had answers to every question I had. I even shared a complimentary coffee while waiting and my experience was like meeting a friend for coffee. Will definitely be back in the fall to get my vehicle treated before the snow flies!

You can watch through a window so you can see what they are doing and how well they are applying the spray. The fellow doing my car was named Eric and he did a very thorough job. Last reviewer said it was expensive, I disagree, this is preventive maintenance and you'll save in the long run. I'll be bringing my other vehicle in too. Thanks

The XPEL prime CS would have been $269 plus tax but I prefer the ceramic. Their service was excellent and they did a fantastic job. I had gone in the day before and spoke with their staff just to get a quote and they came in less expensive than some of the places out there. After speaking with they installer, they seemed quite confident that they would be able to do a good job. When I picked up the car, I got it back cleaner than when I had dropped it off - I think that gave it a quick wash? I don't know but it looked really good. They recommended that I not open the windows till the install had cured and even took the extra step to put a sticker on the window buttons. Overall- good experience and happy with the work!

Three of my cars have been tinted by Auto Trendz and I highly recommend their work. HOWEVER, be aware... should you have issues with the tint after a number of years (6 years in my case), you will discover quickly that AutoTrendz is not a certified LLUMAR installer... which means they will not HONOUR the lifetime warranty on the product. Basically after 6 years, big bubbles started to appear in the rear window on my car... so it appears that the adhesive is failing. This SHOULD be covered by warranty as the product has a lifetime warranty... but all AutoTrendz is willing to do for me is to offer a discounted rate for removal and re-application... of $200. $100 for removal, and $100 to re-apply. Shocking considering I paid $300 in 2015 to have the ENTIRE car tinted. I contacted LLUMAR directly and that is when I discovered that only one or two places in town are authorized LLUMAR installers and AutoTrendz is not one of them.

I received a confirmation e-mail and a reminder e-mail as well. The only negative aspect of my experience I'll note here: the site and the confirmation e-mail estimated my service would be 3hrs, but the attendant onsite said 3.5-4hrs, so a small discrepancy there, but worked out in the end. You can either wait in their lounge-type area or come back after the service for your car. They do offer to call you and will call you 15-20mins before your car is ready, so you can arrive to a freshly cleaned car. The staff are friendly and upfront about everything. I hung out in the lounge and took advantage of the comfy couch, television, and free wi-fi. They have a Keurig machine as well, so if you want a coffee, there is that option. They also have one of those boxes of treats and snacks that support charity--and it does get refreshed, I happened to be there when a rep came by to change out the stock. My car was beautiful after the service! All shiny and clean and refreshed, I was super impressed that they got all the salt stains out and they did an impressive job vacuuming and getting all the particles out of those hard-to-reach spots. They cleaned my mats (I have both fabric and rubber mats) and set my vents to the optimal position for drying the carpets. The guy who did my service walked me through the whole car to make sure I was satisfied and mentioned that if anything else came up in the next week to come on back and they would take care of it. They take pride in what they do, and it shows.

Seats and carpets were cleaned well but cup holders, dash and other interior areas looked like they got a quick once over. I made sure to empty the whole car before bringing it in so they wouldn't have to sift through my stuff - glove box and other areas behind doors were not touched and still were full of dust / dirt. Outside of the car had large areas where dirt was visible and brake dust was not buffed out. Looks like they just hosed it down. Aside from the carpets, I could have done a better job at home. They had me do a quick inspection there before I left but the garage was very dimly lit and I didn't notice a lot of this until I got it home. Only saving grace was the lovely gentleman working the front counter - he was great. I would say you get what you pay for - will no longer use groupon for car detailing and will most certainly not ever take my car to Splash again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

All the sticky fingers were gone! The service was superb! I dropped the vehicle off and asked for directions to get out of the garage so I could take a cab home while I waited for the car. Instead of directions the guy actually the keys to his car so that I could drive home and not have to worry about taking a cab or any other inconvenience. It was absolutely amazing! The cost was very reasonable considering I drive a fairly large car and it was extremely dirty. The car was washed inside and out waxed tires cleaned and leather care was also provided I would recommend this company!
