What a dump! Many broken washers and dryers. When was the last time this place was cleaned? The…read morewasher I picked worked! But not so lucky on the dryer. The first two didn't produce any heat, so my load (yes one load) did not get dry - twice! I can't complain to anyone because there is no one here and there is no phone number to call. If it wasn't for the fact that it costs less than half the other place in town, I would come back. I may not come back anyway. 28 dryers but only 14 seem to be working. Good dryers: Upper 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14 Lower 2, 5, 11, 14 Bad dryers: all the rest. Cost at the time of this review: Regular (top load) washers: $1.75 Large (front load) washers: $2.50, $4.50, $5.50 depending on size. Dryers: $0.25 for 9 minutes. The more quarters the more time. Two bathrooms available. No toilet paper or paper towels. The doors lock but they won't completely shut, therefore it doesn't do any good to lock the door. 1/7/2017 - I tried to call the number to get a refund on a washer that didn't work today but no one answered. Why am I not surprised?

Machines take your money without registering it so we had to move the clothes to another washer…read more The money return on the machines doesn't work either so lost money both times we came. Multiple machines had "out of order" signs on them. The price also went up on two of the three machines we used once a temperature was selected. We selected "hot" on one and "cold" on the other and both increased. The machine soap dispensers all had gunk in them and were sorry. There was still soap in the machine when it rotated to a stop so I'm sure things didn't get properly rinsed. Garbage can was full and the floor was dirty. The plus side was that there was only one other customer there(who probably hadn't been warned to go elsewhere). Since this is the only laundromat in town, you either will have to make do or go to a neighboring town though. Just bring extra change and keep your clothes from falling to the floor.

Place was clean however the man who closes the place up had the worst customer service I ever…read moreencountered. It was 5 min to closing and he told us he locks the door at nine and we must be out and since our clothes needed about 5 to 10 minutes more of drying time he gave us two options take them out now while still damp or return tomorrow. He wouldn't even strike a conversation when we even tried to tell him we were almost finished and just visiting in the area . I wonder if the owner knows how this man can hurt his business. So we left at 9 with damp clothes.
