We could not find the place, as it is just in the corner and google maps was not that accurate…read more When we called to ask, they mentioned the brand of the cars as they saw us passing by (they are nice cars, and it sounded like they were expecting a good business from us).
We arrived and I asked for a beer, as it was burning outside. They told me that we should wait to be all at the table.
We sat down and I asked again, but some where going to the WC. Again they say to wait. I asked once more for a beer while we decided for the food. Again, they said "in a minute".
Finally, the owner approached and I asked a 4th time. After hesitating a bit, he finally brought it, just saying there were 2 brands and I had to chose one. When we finally ordered (after some pressure from the owner, pushing us to ask for more food, which we fortunately refused to, as it was more than enough) my wife ordered a beer and he brought her another brand of beer, which actually is my favourite but he never mentioned it ("only 2 brands").
The food was pretty expensive, the wine completely over priced (he did not want to mention it, just saying it was a normal price, as he was not eager to show the price list), and desserts seemed to be from a normal supermarket (again over priced).
Rice was super dry (and the place was supposed to be a good rice place) and with a super strong metal taste (some people like it, but this was too much).
Rest of dishes were small and clearly from frozen food.
When we saw the bill (72 eur per person (5 adults and 2 small children which barely ate, children not included in the price per person), with just 4 normal beers and 2 bottles of wine, water, 2 juices and 2 coffees) we were shocked. This price in Spain is for a good rated and classy restaurant, not like this one. However, they correctly presented the bill (in appearance, as the menu presented just a few dishes, not all, so no price to compare), so it was hard to argue with that.
Never, never again. They took advantage completely of us.
