First, the clothing wasn't done on the day promised, not even on the second day. Second, when I got my clothing only two shirts were washed, and the tow coats, three skirts, two sweaters were not washed. The sweater came back dirtier than when I left with Olga. I also left a sleeping bag to be washed, which was stolen from me. I tried talking to the management, but the workers, who clearly are the ones stealing the client's clothing, didn't connect me to the management. The employee who helped me was so kind, attentive, and detailed -- she asked all of the right questions and handled my clothes with care. When I picked up my laundry, everything was perfectly folded, smelled super fresh, and was packaged so neatly, I even showed my friend (via FaceTime) because I was in absolute shock.
